.Class Booking & Cancellation Policy
Classes begin promptly at the advertised time, so please arrive in good time to be ready for the start of your session.
Please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at the full class rate.
Class passes are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Any extension must be agreed before the pass expires by contacting us directly at oceanwellnesshub@outlook.com.
We reserve the right to make changes to the timetable when necessary.
On the rare occasion that we need to cancel a class, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. To ensure you receive important updates, please add oceanwellnesshub@outlook.com to your address book and check your junk or spam folder. We cannot be held responsible for missed notifications where emails have not been read or have been directed to junk or spam..
