Yoga Immersion with Louise

THEME: THE CORE VALUE OF GROWTH

In this monthly gathering we will have time to delve into a complete practice.

We will address your body, energy, mind and heart through a balance of slow flow yoga, yin/restorative yoga, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation with inspirational themes and ultimately a final surrender to rest.

You may wish to bring a note book for journalling.

Monthly Breathwork Class

Wednesday (Feb date TBC) 7pm - 8.30pm

Group breathes can be profound experiences.  Something very special happens when a group of people come together to breathe with a shared intention. The charge of energy can feel electric, guiding you to areas of self that are usually not easily reached.  

Group is suitable for all. However, if you are experiencing a particularly challenging time in your life, suffering with more complex mental and or physical health needs, you may prefer a one-to-one option to begin with.

The group journeys are a space where you can fully immerse yourself in the transformative power of your breath.

I will guide you through a practice that connects you to your body, emotions, and spirit, helping you release any stuck energy, trauma, or negative patterns that hold you back from living your fullest life.

Whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this session is designed to meet you where you are and support you in achieving your personal goals.

By the end of our time together, you will feel more relaxed, centered, and empowered, ready to step into your highest potential.


Chakra Dancing & Creative Movement Meditation with Rebecca

Join Rebecca for a soothing journey of self expression & mindfulness through movement


No prior experience needed - just come as you are, ready to relax, unwind, release and reconnect with your body & mind.

The class will start with some simple stretching, energy releasing & grounding, with an hour of movement to 7 tracks that work at different vibrations and frequencies, which realign our energy, balances our nervous system and can help release tension, stress , emotions and promote general wellbeing.
We wind down our class with some stillness and relaxation to reground our minds and body.

We'll end the session with Mushroom tea (don't worry, its the totally normal kind!) and cake, a perfect way to unwind and connect with others in a peaceful setting.

Ideally wear some layers.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket ( and what ever else you want to bring to get comfy and warm, pillows, socks etc) and water.
