Sabine

Yoga has been a part of my life since I can remember. I have had many great teachers along the way, but one thing I have learnt is that yoga means something different to everyone! It has taken many different pathways to discover what it really means to me, and at the heart of it is the breath.

Simply - when I breathe better, I feel better, I live better. There are many layers to add on to this simple starting point - I move better, I am more aware, my mind is quieter - more sensing, less thinking …

Just 3 minutes of mindful breathing can be done anywhere and completely change how we feel, and everyone should know how to do it! Whether you put it into fast paced dynamic movements, slow flows and postures held for longer, or choose a more restful, floor-based practise, learning how to self regulate through the conscious breath is the invisible connection to our well-being.

What I wish for anyone deciding to start yoga is ultimately to discover what it means for you, so you can choose and develop your own set of practices to support your everyday life … and feel better.

Alice

Alice has been a qualified Pilates instructor and Level 3 Sports and Remedial massage therapist since 2008.

Pilates is a passion for Alice, having used it in her own life. She found it especially good for rebuilding her pelvic floor and core strength following the births of her 2 children. She now brings her enthusiastic and friendly approach to helping people improve their mobility and strength.

Pilates can help to relieve tension in the body, and promotes mobility, flexibillity and strength in all the major muscle groups. It also improves posture by focusing on the deep core muscles. It also promotes mindfulness and body awareness that can keep us active and safe in our everyday lives!

Rebecca

"My name is Rebecca, I’m originally from Devon but spent many years travelling and working abroad.
I own a Beauty Salon  and a separate Holsitic Wellness Studio in Exeter and currently live in Ottery St Mary.  I have a gorgeous little boy, a 46 kilo Rottweiler, who is daft as a brush, and a Husband who supports me through all my weird and wonderful adventures.  And that brings me to now......

Holistic therapies, yoga and dance have always been a love of mine and sat quietly in the background of my personal life for a long time. Until not so long ago I couldn't ignore it anymore, so expanded my professional life to encompass that as well.

I'm a passionate practitioner of movement and mindfulness, dedicated to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery through creative movement meditation. I aim to cultivate a unique holistic approach that blends the fluidity of creative expression with the grounding principles of meditation.

In my classes, i will create a nurturing environment where you are encouraged to explore your bodies and minds. Through guided movement sequences, breathwork, and mindful awareness, i invite you to tap into your inner rhythms, fostering both physical well-being and emotional balance. However if movement isn't your thing just yet, simply being and embracing the healing vibrations is enough.

Each class is designed to inspire freedom of expression and promote peace within, welcoming everyone regardless of any previous experience of yoga, dance or meditation.

Join me on this transformative embodiment journey to honor your wisdom, ignite your creativity, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself.
